Signing up for online account management with Care Credit offers a variety of benefits such as but not limited to:

1. Make and schedule account payments
2. Review and print recent statements
3. Sign up for email alerts that will send an email to the customer as the payment due date approaches
4. Receive information on special offers and promotions
5. Update member account information such as address or phone number

When registering for an account for the first time a customer will be redirected to a registration page operated by GE Capital.  The customer will have to their account number, date of birth and SSN at the time of registration.

• Billing statement will be sent within 30 days of the charge
• Please dial (866) 893-7864 for any questions regarding a billing statement
• There are no pre-payment penalties with CareCredit

• Payments CANNOT be sent from a Doctors office
• Care Credit allows balances from $1 to over $25,000
• Please dial (866) 893-7864 Monday to Friday from 8am to Midnight  for any questions concerning a lost or stolen card, to dispute a purchase, request a credit score increase or any other customer service issues associated with a Care Credit card that may arise
