  • Opened up in 1914 under the name Weeghman Park
  • Located at 1060 West Addison Street Chicago, Illinois 60613
  • Nicknamed “The Friendly Confines”

Wrigley Field was built-in 1914 and renovated in 1937 and again in 1988.  Wrigley was called Weeghman Park up until 1920 and then Cubs Park up until 1926.  The fields signature item is the thick, green, ivy covered brick outfield wall which has gobbled up many balls and sometimes even players over the years.  In more recent years Wrigley has hosted outdoor hockey games involving the Chicago Blackhawks.
