Randalls Customer Satisfaction Survey Sweepstakes
- Allows a customer to take a survey in regards to their recent visit to Randalls
- At the end of the survey the customer can enter a sweepstakes drawing for a $100.00 Safeway Gift Card
- Open to US residents who are 18 years of age or older
The Randalls customer survey sweepstakes is sponsored by Safeway, Inc. and excludes Employees of Safeway, Inc.. There will be a total of twelve (12) Survey Periods in which 12 grand prizes will be given away.
Randalls Sweepstakes Entry Methods
- Visit any Safeway, Carrs, Pavilions, Randalls, Tom Thumb, or Vons grocery store and use the store receipt survey code to take the customer survey online
- Mail a 3×5 index card with the customers name, complete address, city, state, zip code, daytime phone number, and birth date to: Safeway Customer Satisfaction Survey Sweepstakes Entry, 625 Panorama Trail, Suite 2100, Rochester, NY 14625-2437
Please note all mail in entries are limited to (1) mail-in entry per postmarked envelope and must be received by the Entry Period End Date. Odds of winning will remain the same regardless of entry method.
Other Randalls Customer Survey Notes
- Total value of all grand prizes will total $4800
- Grand Prize winners will be notified by email and requested to confirm their mailing address within 48 hours via return email
- Gift cards will be sent to the address of record and will be received in 4 to 6 weeks from the drawing date
- The gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash and can only be used at participating promotion locations
- Gift cards do not have an expiration date
If a customer would like to receive a copy of all winners to date please write to: P.O. Box 25466, Rochester, NY 14625-0466. In the event where the grand prize winner does not respond to their email notification and alternative winner will be selected.
