UltraViolet is a cloud-based digital rights collection that allows a customer to collect, access and watch the digital movies and TV shows. The UltraViolet Library allows a customer to store TV shows and Movies for later viewing.
Sony Redemption Codes FAQ
- Redemption codes can be found on speciality marked Sony Pictures Blu-rays and DVDs
- Only movies and TV shows with UltraViolet rights can be added to an UltraViolet Library
- There is a time limit a customer has to add their timemovie or TV Show to their UltraViolet Library (please see the expiration date marked on DVD or Blu-ray package)
Creating a UltraViolet Library
- Visit the UltraViolet Library site (user must be 18 years of age or older)
- Click on the “Sign Up Now” wording to get started
- UltraViolet Library does not require a credit card
- Provide your name, email address, birth date, and country
- Create and username and password
Please note that if a member fails to access their account in 12 months the account will expire and the member will have to creat a new one. Please make sure to enter the exact code as it appears when making a redemption. Many customers may confuse the letter ‘O’ and the number ‘0’ when entering the UV Redeem code.
