Main Event Guest Survey
- An online survey that allows a Main Event consumer to provide feedback in relation to their visit
- Requires the two digit store number
- Administered by InMoment
- Opinions and consumer feedback will be kept anonymous and confidential
- The Main Event survey is open to regular guest, reserved birthday party guest and reserved group event guest (employees are not allowed to take part in the feedback)
The Main Event sample survey questions include “Were you greeted by a friendly employee upon entering Main Event?”, “Did a manager interact with you at any time during your visit?” and “Rate the attentiveness of your food and beverage server”. The consumer will also be asked if they would recommended Main Event to a friend and ask them how likely they are to return to Main Event on a scale of Very Likely to Very Unlikely. At the very end the consumer will have the chance to tell Main Event how they can provide better service in the future. At the end of the Main Event Survey the customer will receive a 4 digit coupon code. Please write this code down on the receipt and present on a future visit.
